Safety
On board Roslagsevent’s boats we have a high level of safety and we comply with the Swedish Transport Agency’s requirements and directives for boats and crew.

Passenger
Each passenger is offered safety equipment in the form of float overall and life jacket. Additional equipment to make the trip comfortable is a hat, gloves and ski goggles. This allows us to travel comfortably even in cold, rain and wind.

Boats
Our boats and those we hire for transport are CE approved and equipped and approved by the Swedish Transport Agency according to their requirements for fast vessels.

Driver
Our drivers have good sea habits and have spent a long time on the lake. They are trained with permission and certificates in accordance with the Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations for drivers of fast vessels. Our drivers are trained in CPR and fire fighting.

Policy
Traveling with a RIB boat of our type can involve heavy bumps, g-forces and vibrations. To maintain safety for passengers, crew and ships, Roslagsevent reserves the right to deny passengers travel. For example, taking a trip can be unsuitable in pregnancy or with a knee, neck, back or hip. It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform the driver of any of the above problems. The passenger is also responsible for informing the driver of other relevant information before commencing the journey. The driver also has the right to deny passengers travel for drunk, affected or threatening persons or if the person is deemed to be a danger to crew, vessels or passengers. Each situation is assessed individually and in place.
